Give your birthday party guests a peek into the previous year with a photo banner that has room for 12 photos – one for each month since the last birthday celebration. Our photo banners are perfect for birthdays but they also make great baby shower decorations. Add 12 of your favorite baby bump photos and you have a decoration that will double as a fabulous keepsake after the baby shower is over.

We split our favorite photos into 3 groups.

First, we hung a small string of photos above the cake table. Then we used the flags and scalloped circles as cake decorations. With the included ribbon, we circled the cake plate and added a cake garland banner with a few wooden skewers.

Next, we tied the ribbon around a few images, using one at the top of a scrapbook page so each guest could write their birthday messages to the guest of honor. We also hung two photos above the small banner on the wall above the cake table.

Finally, we hung the remaining images in a row along the front of the cake table. By splitting this photo garland banner into multiple strands and using the circle and flag pieces individually, we were able to give the whole cake table a themed look.

As an added bonus, the scalloped circles and flags will make wonderful scrapbook decorations. Use them with photos of the party to add dimension to your pages and have a great memento of the special day.
