What You’ll Need:

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour or All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Honey

How to Make It:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or use six paper liners in the muffin tray.
3. Whisk together flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
4. Add applesauce, vegetable oil, egg and honey to the mixture, and gently whisk together.
5. Divide batter into six muffin tins.
6. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean.
