Dog Adoption Certificate Printable #PoochPawty #PuppyParty #DogAdoptionGetting adopted was the best day of my furry life! It was so exciting to be brought home and I was so happy I couldn’t stop licking my new family’s faces! It’s a day I’ll never forget and I’m sure my family feels the same.

One cool way you can remember this moment forever is by filling out your own Certificate of Adoption. It’s a fun keepsake that can be framed or even saved in a photo album or scrapbook. You can download and print your own copy to fill out below. It’s so easy to fill out that you can even have the kids do it as a fun activity. There’s a blue and green version for boy dogs and a pretty pink and orange one for girly girls like me!

  4. Hi!

My school holds a silent auction every year and 100% of the proceeds go to local charities. This year my class created a “Dog Gone Cute” basket to auction off and we wanted to include one of your dog adoption certificates for the plush dog that is in our basket. I wanted to get permission from you to make sure that it is ok?

    1. Hi Heather – Thanks for reaching. Feel free to use the adoption certificate. Thank you for asking and good luck on the silent auction.
Feel free to reach out again if you have any other questions.
      Have a Big Dot Day!

  5. Really wish I could find a cat themed one, maybe fish shaped instead of bone shaped or something. It feels weird having a certificate I could fill out for my dog but not for my cat, whom I’ve had longer :/
