What You’ll Need:
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour or All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Honey
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or use six paper liners in the muffin tray.
- Whisk together flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Add applesauce, vegetable oil, egg and honey to the mixture, and gently whisk together.
- Divide batter into six muffin tins.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean.
- Let pupcakes cool and add Peanut Butter-Yogurt Frosting.

What You’ll Need:
3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
1 ½ Tablespoons Creamy Natural Peanut Butter
