Step 1 (4 Weeks Before):
Pick a party date and time for your puppy birthday party. Doodle.com is a great resource to setup a poll of available party dates for your guests to vote on. This way you can make sure the majority of your guest list can attend. Once the date and time is set the fun begins. Set a budget, and then pick your venue and puppy party theme.
Step 2 (3 Weeks Before):
Once you have picked your puppy party theme and event details are finalized start working on your party invitations. You can also start looking for decorating inspiration and come up with a plan on how to decorate your venue. Pinterest is a great resource to find puppy party decor ideas. Step 3 (2 Weeks Before):
Pick out party favors that match your puppy party theme for your two-legged and four-legged guests. And if you plan on ordering cake or food for the party, talk to your caterer to finalize the event details this week.
Step 4 (1 Week Before):
The big day is getting closer! Start finalizing all the details. Plan activities, games, make a last minute to do list, and call guests that did not RSVP.
Step 5 (Day Before):
Pick up your cake or food, and any other items that you need for the day. If you are making the food start preparing it for the party so you don’t have to do it the day of the party. If possible start to decorate for the event or prep the decorations if you can’t decorate until the day of.
