You’ll need:
- Box of cupcake mix (or the ingredients to make your favorite homemade cupcakes)
- Mini marshmallows
- Gummy fish
- Blue frosting
- Red frosting
- Under the Sea Critters cupcake wrappers
- Knife or kitchen scizzors
Directions:
- Prepare your favorite cupcakes according to the recipe, then let cool completely.
- When your cupcakes are completely cooled, frost the middle of each cupcake with a strip of red. Make sure the stripe curves a bit on each side, so it looks like an open mouth and not just a straight stripe.
- Frost the two sides of each red section with blue frosting.
- Using a wet knife or kitchen scizzors, cut mini marshmallows in half and line them up between the red and blue sections of each cupcake.
- Place a gummy fish straight out of each red section.
