Host a “Snow-Baby” Baby Shower

Is your motto, “Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow”?  If yes, then a SNOW-BABY baby shower might be a perfect choice for your January or February baby shower.  Instead of bemoaning the fact that the fluffy white stuff is determined to hang around for a few more months, why not let it be the star of your upcoming celebration?!   Decorating will be “sno”-problem when you delay packing away your Christmas snowmen figurines and snow covered villages and strategically place them around the party room.  Add a bit of gauzy cotton batting fabric entwined with some white Christmas lights for original and cool centerpieces.  Make fake igloos out of ice cubes for your buffet table.  Create darling place cards holders from marshmallow snowmen sitting atop graham crackers.  Serve ice cream cake for a frosty dessert.  Decorate a small artificial Christmas tree with small baby items (baby mittens, hats, socks, pacifiers, etc).   Of course, the true inspiration for your winter wonderland begins with the adorable Snow Family holiday items featured on our websites.  Granted, they are designed to be used as holiday cards and favors but the creative hostess could quickly transform them into invitations and favors that would be perfect for a baby shower.  Imagine how cute your invitations will be when the front of the card shows the mom-and-dad-to-be, their soon to be littlest snow-baby, and then your handwritten invitation inside.  Likewise, the candy bar wrapper favors can sport the same wonderful design on the front of the wrapper and our whimsical baby shower nutrition facts on the back.  With all of these great ideas, hosting a Snow-Baby shower will be a “Snow-Brainer”.
