What a Thrilling Thursday it is in Expert Expert land today! We wanted to share a special story with you regarding a customer who called us in an absolute panic:

We had a future grandmother call us completely frazzled! She had placed an order using our adorable Little Cowgirl baby shower theme for her daughter’s first baby shower – happening in two weeks. Invitations were sent and she ordered personalized favors, a custom banner, baby shower hanging decorations and centerpieces, everything to match her theme. She was so excited!!

Her daughter then surprised her by scheduling a special 3-D ultrasound because she wanted to be 100% positive she was having a baby girl. To their absolute astonishment, they found out she was definitely having a little boy and not a little girl! But that wasn’t the only shock of the day – they left the appointment and found their car had been broken into and the Grandmother’s wallet had been stolen, including her driver license, credit cards, etc.

She called us, and through many tears and laughs, we helped her get her order returned and shipped out a brand new box with Little Cowboy baby shower supplies, arriving in time for her celebration the next week.
