Rosettes, or paper flower fans, are an easy-to-make party decoration that will liven up any room or party space. A few pieces of scrapbook paper that coordinate with your party theme and a sheet of personalized sticker labels is all you need to make a rosette backdrop for your candy buffet or multiple rosette ceiling decorations!

Supply List
Scrapbook paper, adhesive (hot glue gun or double-stick tape), scissors or paper cutter, personalized sticker labels
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- For a 10” Rosette, cut 4 sheets of paper, 5”x12”
- Accordion fold each sheet by 1” increments.
- You will have 4 paper “fans” when you are done.
- Glue each folded strip end-to-end.
- Create one long piece of accordion-folded paper.
- Make a ring by gluing the open ends to each other.
- Make a ring by gluing the open ends to each other.
- Glue a blank circle on the back to hold the edges.
- Glue a decorative circle to the front, and a personalized circle label.
All Done!
