Tomato Mozzarella Pesto Pasta Salad

1 – 16 oz. Box Radiatori Pasta or other favorite small pasta, cooked

1 – 8 oz. Jar Traditional Basil Pesto

Cherry or Candy Tomatoes, quantity to family’s taste and either whole or cut depending on size

½  lb. Mozzarella Cheese, cubed, increase or decrease quantity to family’s taste

Mix cooked pasta, tomatoes, pesto and cheese in a bowl.

Transfer to heat-safe dish and heat until cheese is melted, either in oven or microwave.

Serve warm.

This dish is perfect for the busy party planner as the pasta can be cooked the day before and stored in the fridge. Quickly mix and heat before the party starts for an instant and delicious pasta entrée. Or serve the pasta salad cold for those summer parties where your guests will welcome a cool dish.
